Are you looking for a more personalized experience?  Individual Training allows clients to define and work toward their personal fitness goals in my private studio setting, located in the south Seattle area.  Nutrition education and mindset training skills included.

Save money and have more fun!  I can train 2-3 individuals at a time in my private studio.  My Small Group Training allows for workout design and intensity to be tailored to each participant, so that everyone feels successful, while working within the group.
