I'm Julie! I have a master's degree in sport psychology and over thirty years of experience helping people just like you get healthy and stay that way. My approach: learn to think like an athlete. It's easier than it sounds. Let me show you how to turn your brain into your biggest fitness powerhouse... and discover your potential!

 

The key to lifelong fitness is two-fold: knowing how to exercise safely, both cardio and strength training, and knowing how to be consistent weekly, monthly, yearly. Combining the proper mental and physical skills will lead to your long-term fitness success!
