My goal is to help clients develop ‘Fitness as a Mindset’ - a commitment to a fitness program even when life is super busy.  I have been working with clients of all ages, abilities and experience levels for nearly 30 years... and I love it.  In recent years, I have specialized in training busy moms who want to learn how to successfully balance fitness, family, and work.  Check out my services.
